The Psychology and Art of Speaking for Leader
The objective of this course is to empowers university students with practical and psychological communication skills vital for leadership, public speaking, and personal growth. Students will master how to express themselves with clarity, courage, and emotional intelligence while developing the ability to inspire, negotiate, coach, and lead effectively.

1. Demonstrate effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques.
2. Distinguish between constructive vs. harmful speech.
3. Deliver persuasive and impactful presentations.
4. Overcome fear, shyness, and anxiety in public speaking.
5. Apply communication skills to leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement.
6. Utilize Khmer cultural wisdom (e.g., proverbs) in building meaningful communication.
