IBMY2-02: International E-commerce
The objective of this course is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Cambodia. By focusing on the practical, legal, and technological aspects of running an e-commerce business, the course aims to equip students with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in the Cambodian market. The course will guide students through every stage of the e-commerce process, from setting up a business, building a user-friendly website, and integrating secure payment methods, to effectively marketing, fulfilling orders, managing customer experiences, and complying with local laws.
This course will focus on:
1. Building a strong foundation in understanding the e-commerce environment in Cambodia.
2. Equipping students with practical tools and strategies to launch and manage an e-commerce business.
3. Helping students navigate legal compliance and consumer protection laws relevant to the Cambodian market.
4. Teaching students how to measure business success, optimize operations, and scale their e-commerce ventures effectively.
