The objective of this course is to develop ethically grounded, globally minded entrepreneurs who are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to launch, manage, and grow businesses while upholding strong ethical principles across diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
Students will:
1. Understand the foundational concepts of international entrepreneurship and business ethics.
2. Analyze ethical dilemmas and challenges in entrepreneurial contexts globally and in Cambodia.
3. Apply ethical decision-making frameworks to real-world entrepreneurial scenarios.
4. Design and evaluate business models that integrate profitability, responsibility, and sustainability.
5. Build competencies in leadership, integrity, transparency, stakeholder engagement, and responsible innovation.
